Tim McGraw recently announced that he will give a pawn shop guitar to a young fan at each stop on his 2026 Pawn Shop Guitar Tour. The idea honors his past when he pawned his high school ring to buy his first guitar. His team will buy guitars from pawn shops in the cities they visit. McGraw says, “Because of the story behind my Pawn Shop Guitar, in every city that we play in, we decided to go to a pawn shop and get a guitar,” and “And this little young lady who’s right here is going to be the first one to get it.”
