Keith Urban is grateful for his career in country music, and he goes above and beyond when it comes to promoting new artists. During his concert at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville last Saturday, he brought out a cover-band singer from lower Broadway to perform with him. She sang Martina McBride’s “Independence Day,” and then joined Keith for “We Were Us.” Her name is Kayley Greene, and he says watch out for her to go from Broadway to the Big Time.
Dustin Lynch says it’s hard to stay in “singer shape.” Cardio is good, but you’ve got to be able to do cardio while you’re singing because there are different muscles that are used.
Cole Swindell is enjoying having his latest single, “She Had Me at Heads Carolina,” sitting at number one for two weeks. He tells us what’s special about it. “We all grew up on 90s country and that’s what, to me, this song is,” he tells us. “I think it’s special because it’s from the first guitar lick, it takes you right back to hearing the original Jo Dee Messina one, so I’m just thankful we have that one.”
You could vacation on her tour bus… Dolly Parton is offering a two-night stay on her tour bus for $10,000. The experience includes monogrammed robes and private chefs. Guests will also have full use of Dollywood, its attractions, and its hotels.
