Who’s the busiest person in country music?

Luke Bryan will return to American Idol when Season 20 begins on WCJB TV 20. In fact, the full panel of judges and host Ryan Seacrest are set to return to the TV singing competition.

Chase Rice tells us about his song, ‘Drinkin’ Beer, Talkin’ God, Amen’…
“I actually wrote this song with Cale Dodds, Hunter Phelps and Corey Crowder, who’s FGL’s producer, so he obviously played the song for them and they loved it from the get – go. Brian, Tyler and I used to live in a house together 10 years ago and we wrote a bunch of songs back then, so it’s really cool to be doing music for the first time in 10 years. It’s a really special song.”

Garth Brooks is going to “reassess” his stadium tour in light of the upsurge in COVID cases.  He IS doing Saturday’s show in Kansas City . . .  AND his August 14th concert in Lincoln, Nebraska.  But, ticket sales to his September 4th show in Seattle have been put on hold.

Who’s the busiest person in country music?  It’s Jimmie Allen.  He rolled into the month with the release of his music video for “Freedom Was A Highway” with Brad Paisley.  Jimmie will kick off a run of shows that will see him hitting 10 states for 12 shows before the month wraps.  Following his concerts, Jimmie is sure to check out Netflix’s new show Titletown High – after all…he is an executive producer of the show!  Plus, he also recently released his first kids book – “My Voice Is A Trumpet”.  He’s one busy dude!
