Thomas Rhett was recently performing in Wyoming when he paid tribute to Garth Brooks by covering ”Friends in Low Places.” He told fans, “I don’t really have Garth Brooks’ number. So, I would love for you guys to record this and someone find his number and send this to him.”  We don’t know if Garth saw it or not.

Justin Moore says he learned to be self-sufficient during the pandemic.  Justin built a chicken coop, gathered his own fresh eggs, and planted a garden with his kids.  He said for the kids it’s been lesson-teaching — you put work into something, you get something in return.

Who turned to Lee Ann Womack for inspiration?
Carly Pearce
did!  Carly created a very personal collection of music with her EP 29.  The 7 tracks have had an impact with people being able to relate to the honesty relayed in the music. Carly admits to help her get to that point of being vulnerable she turned to one of her musical influences…Lee Ann Womack. “So many artists like Lee Ann Womack, for instance, she sings these songs, that like, kill me. And are so honest and so vulnerable. She was somebody that I looked at because I feel like when she emotes, 29, I swear to you we played so many Lee Ann Womack records, in the room that day, of like ‘hey can y’all like recreate some version of this in this track?’ and it was fun to kind of like nerd out on all that stuff.”
Carly Pearce will be inducted tonight as the latest member of the Grand Ole Opry.
