The nominees are in for the CMA Awards on November 10th, and the big leaders are Eric Church and Chris Stapleton and they’re up for the same five awards including Entertainer of the Year. Gabby Barrett is up for four awards including New Artist and Female Vocalist.
Thursday Night Football returned last night and Darius Rucker is over the moon! He’s obsessed with Fantasy Football and he’s actually a “commissioner” in five of the six leagues! He says he’s a total jerk, too, because he gets to make all the rules, so what he says goes!
Lady A’s Charles Kelley was born on September 11th. He tells us about that birthday 20 years ago… [[ANITTY]] Cue: “It’s my birthday, believe it or not. Yeah, 9-11. I was in college and, yeah, it was wild getting ready to go to class. A roommate came in and said, ‘Man, turn on the TV.’ We all got up and watched it. It was just wild. You know, it’s hard to put it into words, but I can remember it and everybody can and it had such a huge effect on everybody.”
That sneaky little Jameson Rodgers… he got MARRIED over Labor Day weekend! He says he doesn’t expect much to change because he and Sarah have dated for six years. The best part is that both sides of the family were there to celebrate.
