A source says, “Keith has always been fit, but in the last few months he’s really trimmed up a lot,” an insider tells Star of the 5-foot-10 country singer. “He’s lost at least 10 pounds and now has an eight-pack that he loves to show off. He’s always been conscious of his appearance. But he’s making a bigger effort now that he’s single. She came out of this breakup looking refreshed and more youthful. That doesn’t happen on its own!”

Kelly Clarkson is allegedly searching for love again after her divorce and ex-husband’s passing. A source says, “She made a whole list of what she’s looking for in a man and texted it to a bunch of friends, including ex-mother-in-law Reba McEntire, former mentor Simon Cowell and close pal Jennifer Aniston. Kelly has some very specific things on the list. Ideally, she wants a guy who has kids already, so she can see his dad skills in action, since he’ll ultimately have to be in that role for her kids if things work out. Kelly doesn’t care about a potential partner’s job or salary one bit. She has more money than she will ever need and doesn’t want that to be a block to finding love.”
