Dustin Lynch and MacKenzie Porter tell us the story of their Top 10 duet “Thinking ‘bout You.” “’Thinking ‘bout You’ is about rekindling a past relationship,” Dustin tells us. “Yea,” MacKenzie adds, “I think it’s, you know, obviously based around a phone call of two people that haven’t talked in years, and it is like nothing happened; no time has passed.”
Chris Stapleton is still dealing with laryngitis. He’s on the mend, but his doctor order him to rest his injured vocal cords causing him to postpone his shows this weekend.
Cody Johnson’s new double album Human is out now, and Cody hasn’t been online once. Basically, he released the album and then went to buy some cows. He says the disconnect is critical because it keeps him grounded and his inspiration flowing. His Christmas album, A Cody Johnson Christmas, will be out November 19th.
This artist says that he’s a very thrifty shopper… Jimmie Allen says he shops cheap. He designs all of the suits he wears and then his buddy in Los Angeles makes them. Other than that, Jimmie says he hits up Forever 21, Zara, and other stores like that.
