This artist knows the show must go on…

Blake Shelton says his “dreams were destroyed” when his fellow coach on The Voice, Ariana Grande, released her album Dangerous Woman on the same day he released his album If I’m Honest back in 2016.  That meant he had NO shot at his album topping the Billboard 200 chart.  His album debuted at number three.  Kelly Clarkson busted him even further by telling Blake that even she’s smart enough to steer clear of Ariana’s releases.

Scotty McCreery says he had lots of time to pick up a guitar, strum ideas, and write songs when “the world shut down.”  The result?  His new album Same Truck.

Luke Bryan says he’s happy to be on the road again, and no matter where he’s playing his goals are always the same.   “I just try to go out there and give it my all every night, and have fun and connect with the crowds, and be loose and fun but play songs that fans want to hear,” he tells us. “And play songs that put smiles on all the fans’ faces.”

This artist knows the show must go on… Thomas Rhett told Cole Swindell to take the weekend off after his mom died – Cole has been touring with TR.  Instead, Cole did what he did when his dad passed away and he embraced the opportunity to do what his mom would have wanted him to do.  He talked about it with fans and performed like the true pro that he is.
