Michael Ray says his new EP, Higher Education, wouldn’t have been possible without the journey he’s been on. “I feel like out of all my records, I’m proud of the success, proud of the hits, proud of getting the opportunity to tour,” Michael tells us.  “Because all of that together led up to this, you know, the good and the bad, the highs and the lows.”

Brantley Gilbert has some advice for concert proposals, and even if you’re sure she’s gonna say “yes,” it’s still a vulnerable position.  He suggests just telling her what it is about her that makes you want to marry her.

Jon Pardi had some help writing “Tequila Little Time.”  He was in a writing session that included Rhett Akins, and they were having a hard time coming up with an idea when Rhett said, “Tequila little time with you.”  An hour later they finished the song.

Jimmie Allen says he didn’t actually get married back in May; he and Alexis Gale were married a year earlier, June 18th, 2020.  They wanted to keep their vows private, and then celebrate with a bigger, public ceremony later on.
