Michael Ray has several tattoos, but each one has a personal connection to his life, including one that honors his late grandmother.  “So, my grandma, Penny, she passed away a couple of years ago, and I have a tattoo memory of my grandfather, and I wanted a tattoo for her.  And I got a penny with my grandmother’s birth year, 1942,” Michael tells us.  “I feel like I got my grandparents with me, got my dad with me.  All my tattoos are either family based, religious based, or music based.”

Russell Dickerson has been named the newest Artist Ambassador for the CMA Foundation and will use his voice to inspire students and teachers across the country and spread awareness about the healing power of music education.

Sometimes life imitates art, and sometimes art imitates life… Chris Lane plays a guy who works for “Lane’s Lawn Service” in his “Summer Job Money” video.  The name of the place is inspired by his dad’s landscaping business… and Chris worked there until he signed his record deal.
