Rubbin’ Elbows-Aaron Tippin

K-Country

Aaron Tippin was born on July 3rd, 1958 in Pensacola, Florida.  His debut single “You’ve Got To Stand For Something” came out in 1990 on RCA Records.  My favorites are “Kiss This”, “There Ain’t Nothing Wrong With The Radio” which we still play on 93.7 K-COUNTRY.  Aaron is an avid outdoorsman and an instrument rated commercial pilot with single and multi-engine ratings. He also has private pilot privileges for rotorcraft-helicopter. He is a certified airframe and power plant mechanic. He is also a longtime bodybuilder. Tippin performed at our Jamboree 2001 on the grounds of Ocala Jai-Alai and built a bicycle on stage in front of me and donated to Toys For Tots. This photo in our old studio was taken before a concert he did with us in Leesburg.
