It seems you can go home again…

Tim McGraw gives us a little background on his latest song, “7500 OBO.” “When we had the demo, it had a little piece of that ‘Green Grass Grows’ fiddle in it,” he says.  “We put it in there as well, but we had to do it a little different to make it fit right.  But it also has ‘Let it Go’ in there.  So, I think it was pretty much aimed at me, which is cool because it makes me think, alright, if they aimed the song at me then maybe I can sing it.  So, it gave me a little confidence going in.”

Thomas Rhett has his own line of Chaco sandals.  The irony?  He doesn’t like feet!  He tells us he doesn’t even like rubbing his wife’s feet.  He says he knows we all have them, but he doesn’t like to think about them because they look kind of creepy.

Maren Morris says that she’s written a lot of song that will never see the light of day just to get some of her feelings down on paper.  She says they’re not even good sad songs, but she says that some are just meant for her and not the world.

It seems you can go home again… Kelsea Ballerini returned to Knoxville, TN and Central High School for the delayed Class of 2021 reunion.  The “Half of My Hometown” video shows off Central High School where Kelsea even got a special “World Traveler” award at the reunion.
