Blake Shelton is wrapping up his run on The Voice next season, and he says he’s made quite a few lifelong friends on the show including his best friend, Carson Daly. Blake compares the two of them to the “two old me on The Muppets (Statler and Waldorf) that are just jawing the entire time.”
Luke Bryan gave a heartfelt apology after the whole Crash My Playa incident where he gave Dustin Lynch a sarcastic introduction that offended some. “Dustin Lynch is one of my dearest friends on the planet. No one respects him more than I do. That night at Playa, my introduction of him was complete sarcasm and I apologize to anybody that doesn’t understand my humor and sarcasm,” he sincerely says. “Go download Dustin’s new single. Love y’all.”
Jelly Roll says he used to tell his daughter’s friends that he drew his facial tattoos himself with a marker. He actually told them that he only draws them on when he sees them back when she was in kindergarten.
He’s not just a “flash in the pan…” Easton Corbin. He says that if you’re true to what you do, your fans will be true to you, as well. He is now at Stone Country Records and said that he had a few other offers, but they didn’t feel right. His new label just wants him to make the music he fell in love with.
