Get you a “smash burger” at this BBQ…

Blake Shelton says that the Fourth of July was extremely important to him as a kid because the fireworks stands would open just before his birthday, so he would get tons of fireworks.  He’d try to save the cool ones for Independence Day, but he was pretty much down to nothing by then.

Brett Eldredge grew up on a lake and the Fourth was always the best time to be out boating, and jet skiing and water skiing.  He says the pretty girls were always out on the beach, so he and his friends would try to impress them.

Brett Young says he started out as your typical daredevil kid when it came to fireworks, but one year the switch flipped, and he became overly cautious.  He was okay with watching fireworks from afar, but he didn’t want to be anywhere near them because he was afraid they’d blow up in his hand.

Get you a “smash burger” at this BBQ…  Thomas Rhett tells us about his cookout go-tos… [[ANITTY]] “I mean, steams are kind of my go-to, but I think if I was having, like, a Fourth of July party or something like that, making smash burgers on the Traeger are my favorite thing in the world to do,” he tells us.  “Just getting ground beef and putting, like, a cast iron on the Traeger and getting it to 500 degrees, put them on there, smashing them, cutting with olive oil, salt, pepper, put the buns on either side of them and then America cheese.  Pop it all together, good to go.”
