Brett Young is hitting the road with Maddie & Tae and Ryan Hurd. The Weekends tour kicks off in September and will be in Tampa on October 23rd, and St. Augustine November 19th.
Michael Ray just announced his Just the Way I Am tour, and he couldn’t be happier with the way things are going. “Being raised around a family where music was everywhere, and especially, you know, country music… classic country music. And having this dream of wanting to do this my whole life. I mean, I’ve never thought of doing anything else. I never really wanted to do anything else and I’m really not that good at anything else,” Michael laughs. “So, now having this actually happen, it’s just a really cool thing, man, ‘cause I get messages sometimes from people saying they’re from my hometown now they believe they can go do something. You know, and that’s just really cool to have that impact on people.”
Another country star has a Vegas residency… Keith Urban has five new shows in September at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace.
Cole Swindell says that sometimes in a writing session they’re sitting there having a conversation, and he thinks, “Man, that can be a song.” And it turns out great.
