Billy Ray Cyrus has responded to a woman’s lawsuit alleging she is Miley Cyrus’ biological mother. He calls the claims “false and absurd.” The woman, Jayme Lee, claimed to have given birth to Miley at 12 and accused Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus of breach of contract and misrepresentation. Lee’s request for a trial has been denied by a judge. Billy Ray says the claim is for the “purposes of harassing” his family.
