SCRAMBLETOWN, FL (352today.com) – Marion County Fire and Rescue received a call at 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 21 about a home that was on fire.
A Marion County Fire and Rescue crew were dispatched to the site, the 14000 Block of NE 85th Lane in Silver Springs. East Marion no. 4 arrived at the scene at 1:56 p.m. to find the RV fully involved. Firefighters acted rapidly, deploying hoselines and initiated suppression efforts.
Additional crews arrived at the scene from Salt Springs Station no. 15, to provide assistance. The fire was declared under control at 1:58 p.m.
There were no reported injuries, and the fire remains under investigation.
