Lewis Stokes

93.7 K COUNTRY: 10:00 am - 3:00pm  Monday-Friday

Dad was a Methodist Preacher and he was transferred to Williston.

Growing up there was like being in Mayberry.  Stores were closed on Sundays.  Everybody ate at the Chick Inn Restaurant and went to Church on Sunday.

It’s a dream job to be able to broadcast into the town that raised me up as a child!

Gator games have been a way of life since 1979, back then there was Astro turf on Florida Field and you could go on the field after the game and it was Hot! Go Gators!

Raised in North Central Florida and hope to retire here. I LOVE THIS AREA!

WALLS CAN’T TALK… But Lewis Stokes can!

Each week, Lewis is giving us the behind-the-scenes story surrounding his enviable celebrity photo collection.

[ RUBBIN’ ELBOWS ]

I chatted with John Rich (Big &Rich) and we could’ve talked for hours! We reminisced about our FIRST K-Country Acoustic Concert (Big & Rich attended) and chatted about Rich’s Redneck Riviera Whiskey, an American blended whiskey, that proudly sports a red white and blue label! Not only is it entirely made in the USA, but 10% of profits go to Folds of Honor! (Did you know I’m a proud USAF Veteran?!)
