Marion County’s annual holiday food drive happens every December to help local food pantries restock their shelves for our community’s needs during the holidays. Throughout the year, you can donate items to any one of the many drop off locations. Then, on Friday, December 2nd, those donations will all come together on the Ocala Downtown Square and be presented to the benefiting agencies. Likewise, donations can also be dropped-off directly to the Ocala Downtown Square where your items will be collected by city and county officials – making a drop-off easy and safe!

Please mark your calendar and consider donating to help local families who count on us!

Fire crewItems needed:

  • Dry foods and complementary goods (rice, pasta, pasta sauce, cereal, crackers, peanut butter, jelly). Plastic containers preferred.
  • Canned meat (corned beef, chicken, ham, tuna)
  • Canned vegetables and fruits
  • Baby items (food, diapers, lotion, wipes)
  • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper)

Your donations stay local! Bring the Harvest Home benefits Brother’s Keeper, Interfaith Emergency Services, & the Salvation Army.
