From September 15, 2020 at 6am to September 17, 2020 at 4pm, listen to K-Country around 6 am, 7am, 8 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm for all of the 5 daily keywords to enter at www.937kcountry.com/contests for the chance to win a ticket to the Encore Drive-In Nights: Kane Brown at the Ocala Drive-In. This ticket will give the winner access to the pre-filmed concert at the Ocala Drive-In via one standard vehicle containing up to 6 people. Listeners will have approximately 60 minutes to enter the keyword into the contest, and keywords expire at the start of the next hour. There will be a total of 15 on-air keywords given during the duration of the contest. One additional keyword will be provided to members of the K-Country Krew on Tuesday, September 15th via e-mail. The 16th keyword will expire September 17th, 2020, at 11:59 pm.
Basis for valuation of the prize is retail value of the ticket ($76). Each single ticket entitles one standard car with up to 6 total passengers, including the driver. On Friday, September 18th at approximately 9am, five winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, contacted by phone, and awarded the prize.
One entry per person, per keyword for a total of 16 possible entries into the contest. Submitting more than the allowed entries will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
WOGK-FM contests are open to all eligible Florida residents 18 or older have not won anything on WOGK-FM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WOGK-FM, North Central Florida Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communications within a one-hundred-mile radius of WOGK-FM’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate families include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals from whom the employee is current legal guardian.
All decisions of WOGK-FM are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning.
