Today’s Best Country… You Live It, We Play It… 93.7, K-Country!
From January 17th to January 30th, 2022, listeners may enter at www.937kcountry.com/contests and complete the music survey for the chance to win a pair of tickets to the Jake Owen. Drew Parker, and Conner Smith concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on March 3, 2022.
On the Monday following the close of the survey, one winner will be randomly chosen, contacted by phone, and awarded the prize. Approximate retail value is $69.
The Prize includes:
- A pair of tickets to the Jake Owen, Drew Parker, and Conner Smith concert at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre on March 3, 2022.
Winners will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put in place by the concert/venue organizer. We are not responsible for any event cancellation or rescheduling.
On Monday January 31st one winner will be randomly chosen, contacted by phone, and awarded the prize.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning.
One entry per person, per survey. Submitting more than one entry per person will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
WOGK contests are open to all eligible Florida residents 18 or older who have not won anything on 93.7 K Country in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of 93.7 K Country, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications South, LLC., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communications within a one-hundred-mile radius of 93.7 K Country’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate families include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals from whom the employee is current legal guardian.
All decisions of 93.7 K Country are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation.
No purchase necessary. WOGK’s Sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WOGK will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prizes. Winners will be responsible for all federal and state taxes, and any fees and incidentals. Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash.
